B2B Ecommerce Administrator Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 WFH Fridays Location: Hemel Hempstead (Work from home on Fridays) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM We are recruiting for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive B2B Ecommerce Administrator to join their growing team. This role involves managing B2B ecommerce platforms, overseeing product listings, optimising online stores, and supporting the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B ecommerce, digital marketing, and data analysis to help drive online sales and improve overall channel performance. You'll be confident working with ecommerce and marketplace platforms such as Shopify and (url removed) and ideally have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM. A strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Search Console is essential, along with familiarity with LinkedIn and other key digital marketing channels. Key Responsibilities: Update and manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across specified platforms and stores Oversee inventory levels and monitor product availability Maintain and optimise store functionality, including troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with the technical team Plan and implement promotional campaigns across Meta and Google Conduct regular channel audits and performance tests to ensure a smooth user experience Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and customer service teams to improve operational efficiency Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging ecommerce technologies, and best practicesRequirements: Proven experience as an Ecommerce Administrator, Online Store Manager, or similar role within a B2B marketplace environment Proficiency in ecommerce platforms such as Shopify and other marketplaces Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail Ability to analyse sales data and website performance to support data-driven decision making Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Basic knowledge of APIs, HTML, CSS, SQL, or other web technologies is a plusApply now or get in touch to find out more!
