Customer Service Assistant (Yard & Branch) – Part-Time
Location: Evesham, WR11 1GS
Are you someone who loves staying active, working outdoors and in providing top-tier service? We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant to join our hardworking and friendly team in Evesham. You’ll be the face of our yard and shop, building first-name relationships with our regular customers and ensuring our branch remains the go-to choice for local tradespeople.
What will you be doing?
No two days are the same in the yard, but your main focus will be:
1. Customer Service: Greeting customers, processing orders, and providing helpful advice with a friendly attitude.
2. Yard Operations: Loading and unloading customer vehicles and company trucks with heavy building materials.
3. Stock Management: Unloading supplier deliveries, accurately booking products into our warehouse and replenishing stock.
4. Forklift Operation: We’d love it if you have experience, but if not, we will provide full training.
5. Safety First: Keeping the Shop and yard tidy and maintaining a safe environment for your colleagues and customers.
What skills do you need?
You don't need years of industry experience, we can teach you the technical side! We are looking for:
