The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As Business Finance Analyst for Dental Solutions EMEA you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Conducting detailed analysis of financial performance, highlighting key variances and understanding the drivers behind them.
* Managing the financial reporting Power BI reports to ensure accurate information is available on a timely basis to support business decision makers.
* Identify risks and opportunities proactively, recommending actions to improve profitability and growth.
* Act as a business partner to operations, sales, and marketing teams to support business analysis and drive business redirection when appropriate.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, reviewing processes and business practices to improve visibility of performance and streamline activity.
* Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, SOX, and global regulatory requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent accounting qualification e.g. CPA, ACCA, ACA, CGMA.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
* 8+ years of progressive experience in business/commercial finance and /or financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
* Experience working within financial operations for a global or multinational business, ideally with $500M+ in annual revenue and multi-currency exposure
* Strong analytical, modelling, and data interpretation skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills and ability to explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders
* Proficiency with financial systems and advanced Excel or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake).
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake & SQL
Work location:
* Hybrid Eligible - Job duties allow for some remote work but may require travel to a Solventum location on occasion.
Travel: May include up to 10% International travel
