* Salary: £32,760 - £37,440 per annum

About the Role:
Join our client, an industry leading manufacturing and construction business, as a dedicated Assembly Operative. You'll become a vital member of a high-performing team, playing a crucial role in the production and assembly process. This isn't just a job; it's an opportunity to contribute directly to high-quality output in a dynamic, busy, and stable environment.
Shift Patterns:
* 7:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
* Standard weekly paid hours 45
* Overtime is sometimes available on Saturdays will be paid at time and a half
Duties:
* Based on previous experience, candidates will be required to work within either the timber assembly or the steel assembly departments
* Interpreting technical drawings
* Using hand and power tools to assemble components to produce the finished product
* Working as part of a busy team
* Adhering to health and safety protocols
Requirements:
* Previous manufacturing or assembly experience required either working with timber or with metal
* A willingness to learn and take onboard training
* A strong work ethic and a great attitude are the foundations of success in our team.
