Bredenbury Primary School is part of the Three Counties Academy Trust (TCAT) which includes Queen Elizabeth High School and four local Primary schools.
Bredenbury Primary School is a small, 3 class school that prides itself on its nurturing approach and ‘family feel’. Bredenbury Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Administrative Assistant with strong clerical skills to our school office.
The successful candidate will be the first representative of our school community and the first point of contact for many parents and visitors, therefore, a warm and professional approach is essential, whilst having the ability to remain calm and organized in a busy school environment.
The successful candidate will be: -
• Exceptionally well organised
• Resourceful and efficient
• Have strong IT skills and experience
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude and a pleasant telephone manner
• Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team
• A first aid qualification or willingness to train is essential
• Knowledge of Bromcom would be desirable
Main duties will include:
• Receiving and responding to incoming communication
• Pupil attendance and lunch records
• Administration of payments via Bromcom (MCAS)
• Arranging transport for school visits
• Planning and organising after school clubs
