Responsibilities
- Lead clinically the in‑house Clinical Team at Bankside College.
- Hold a therapy caseload and deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with autism, other neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
- Focus on meeting EHCP plans, target‑led via OFG clinical ways of working.
- Coordinate line management of members of the onsite clinical team.
- Lead the service development of the clinical school‑based service alongside the SLT and Regional Clinical Lead.
Qualifications
- BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy
- Registered practitioner with HCPC or another approved governing body.
- Valid, up‑to‑date professional registration and membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., BPS).
- Experience working with autistic individuals and/or those with complex needs.
- Clear, concise report writing relating to clinical and research activities.
- Experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work dynamically within a growing and developing clinical service.
- Experience of multi‑professional work with teams or services within the designated setting.
