I am a 19 year old man living in the Pontardawe area. I have a huge interest in online gaming and would like to become a successful live streamer. I previously used to train with the Ospreys for wheelchair rugby. I am looking for a PA to support me to go swimming (including changing), going for food and to access the community so I can meet people of a similar age. The PA will also be required to push my wheelchair, support with transfers and drive my mobility car. Purpose
Responsibilities
* Support with manual handling and transfers.

Requirements
* Male preferred.
* Driving License is essential.
* Willing to undertake manual handling training.
* Someone respectful who will help me to be independent.
* Is trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
* Is caring, patient and understanding.
* Is friendly and chatty.
* This post may require a DBS check (the cost of which will be met by NPTCBC).
* If this post requires you to work with children then it is compulsory for you to have a DBS check prior to commencement.
* Two satisfactory references must be provided if requested by the employer.
* Wages will be paid on a 4 weekly or monthly basis once a valid National Insurance (NI) number has been provided.
* You must be eligible to work in the UK and your employer will conduct document checks prior to commencement.
* You will receive the appropriate annual leave entitlement as well as all other statutory entitlements, details of which will be set out in your contract of employment.
* You will also be issued with a Personal Assistants Handbook when your employment commences.
* You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training identified as relevant to this post. The cost of mandatory training will be met through the direct payment.
* Failure to attend mandatory training may result in your employment offer being withdrawn.
* This post is subject to a trial period of 1 month and a probationary period of up to 6 months.
Working Hours
* 8.5 hours per week to be worked as: 2 x 4hr 15 min sessions (this can be flexible).
* Days and times are flexible and to be mutually agreed at interview.
