Responsibilities
* Develop and execute promotional campaigns that align with the company's marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with venues and managers across South Wales, working with the likes of Stonegate and Nightcap.
* Manage event planning and execution, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
* Monitor and analyse the performance of promotional activities, making adjustments as necessary to optimise results.
* Foster relationships with key executives, including guests, venues, and workers, to enhance promotional efforts.
* Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all participants in promotional events.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality sector is highly desirable.
* A strong background in fundraising initiatives is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
