This 3 bed home based in Derbyshire requires a highly experienced Children’s Home Manager to join them immediately for up to a year. You will work closely with the existing team to improve standards and ensure Ofsted requirements are met.
Responsibilities
* Daily management of the home
* Ofsted improvement
* Budget management
* Liaising with external agencies
Requirements / Qualifications
* NVQ L5
* Good Ofsted track record (ideally turnaround)
* You will also be able to start immediately
