We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Events Coordinator for a 6-8-week contract to join a vibrant and forward-thinking educational institution, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
As the Events Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of our central Events team within the Marketing & Comms Department. You'll support the planning, organisation, promotion, and evaluation of a variety of events, including Open Days, exhibitions, conferences, summer schools, awards celebrations, and graduation ceremonies.
Qualification in events management, marketing, PR, or relevant professional experience
Experience in planning and organising events
Proficiency in IT packages, including Microsoft Office
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on occasion
