The Role

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
* Deliver outstanding guest experience through consistent, high-quality service
* Manage and evolve the drinks offering, including cocktails and seasonal menus
* Drive wet sales and GP through strong commercial control and upselling
* Oversee stock, ordering, cellar management, and supplier relationships
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and organisation
* Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth, well-planned service
