Residential Conveyancer- Hybrid working
Location: Chesterfield area
Salary: £30,000-£45,000

Specialising in residential conveyancing and personal injury claims, the firm also offers expertise in equity release, wills, probate and criminal defence.

The firm has an excellent reputation for client care with many clients highlighting the team's ability to make legal processes smooth and stress‑free, particularly for first‑time homebuyers. We are looking for a driven residential conveyancer to join the team and continue to build on the firm's already very strong reputation. This role can offer two to three days per week working from home.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
* Providing advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of conveyancing, including conducting property searches and completing legal documentation.
* Building strong relationships with clients, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders involved in the conveyancing process.
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
About you
* Previous experience working as a residential conveyancing fee earner.
* Qualified solicitor, legal executive or CLC would be beneficial but not mandatory.
* A solid understanding of the conveyancing process, including property searches, title investigations and completion of legal documents.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* The ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
* A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth completion of all conveyancing matters.
