Your new roleYou will be responsible for ensuring the guest experience is of a high standard, including assisting guests with any queries or issues they may encounter before, during and after their stay. Your duties will include: coordinating with external suppliers such as cleaners and maintenance workers, meeting homeowners and performing property spot checks, maintaining accurate records and keeping all administrative functions up to date. What you'll need to succeedPrior customer service or administrative experience, a friendly and resilient nature and the capability to deal with challenges whilst driving positive outcomes. Attention to detail, and strong organisational skills are a must.
