Automation Lead (Power Platform/Power Automate)

Our client, a forward-thinking and globally connected staffing & consulting organization, is seeking a highly skilled Automation Lead with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic technology team where innovation, automation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do.
As the Automation Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering intelligent automation solutions, integrating multiple Microsoft technologies, and driving real business value. You'll have the chance to lead initiatives, influence strategy, and mentor others-while working with some of the most cutting-edge tools in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
* Build intelligent bots using Copilot Studio to enhance user interaction
* Create and manage Microsoft Teams notifications triggered by data events
* Integrate data sources including Microsoft Graph API, Dataverse, and SQL
* Collaborate with global teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
* Lead automation projects and provide mentorship to junior team members
* Ensure scalability, security, and alignment with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams integrations and notification systems
* Hands-on experience with Graph API, Dataverse, and SQL
* Experience building bots using Copilot Studio
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A self-starter with the ability to take full ownership of projects
* Deep interest in Microsoft technologies, automation, and AI
