We're hiring for a Sales Manager with a specialist engineering technology business based in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will manage projects from initial enquiry through to final purchase, combining technical understanding with a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities
* Managing the full sales cycle from enquiry through to demonstration and close
* Generating new business while handling incoming enquiries
* Identifying opportunities and building strong customer relationships across the UK
* Demonstrating technical equipment and solutions to clients
* Managing accounts and acting as the main contact for after‑sales support
* Recording activity, leads and orders within the CRM system
* Working proactively to meet and exceed sales targets
* Supporting sales and marketing activity in new markets
* Attending exhibitions, customer visits and supplier training when required
Qualifications
* Experience in sales, technical sales, or a customer‑facing role
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* A proactive, target‑driven mindset
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage your own pipeline and workload
* Ideally some knowledge of construction products (windows, doors, or similar), but training can be provided
