This role is responsible for developing and implementing an ecommerce strategy that improves customer experience, drives sales and increases conversion rates. In this leadership role, you will also be responsible for overseeing the ecommerce team, ensuring that they're working effectively and efficiently.
You will be responsible for managing the existing ecommerce website but also leading the strategy to build and implement a brand new ecommerce site from concept to completion. Own and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention.
Manage the daily trading operation optimising for seamless user experience and high conversion.
Develop and lead the promotional trading calendar across key seasons and launches.
Oversee PPC campaigns and SEO strategies, working closely with agencies to maximise ROI.
Lead content creation and social media engagement to boost brand visibility and traffic.
Partner with Supply Chain, Marketing, Customer Services, and Design teams to ensure alignment and exceptional execution.
Analyse website and customer data to inform decisions, spot trends, and seize new opportunities.
Project manage new functionality developments and A/B testing initiatives.
Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, new technologies, and consumer behaviour shifts.
A proven ecommerce expert with experience managing a product based ecommerce platform
Strong technical acumen with CMS platforms, and marketing tools like Klaviyo.
Analytical mindset — comfortable working with performance metrics and web analytics.
