Monarch Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive Catholic secondary school in Walsall. This is a full-time position, starting immediately on a long-term temporary basis. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students access the curriculum, develop confidence, and achieve academic and personal success. Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, including learning difficulties, autism, and emotional/behavioural challenges Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support in the classroom Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion Providing one-to-one and small group support Why Work with Monarch Education?
