Summary


We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Car Park team to support with the day-to-day running of our Beaulieu Park Station Car Park, including maintaining the Bus Interchange, Secure Cycle Storage, and Taxi Rank facilities.


The successful applicant will be expected to lead by example providing excellent customer service and maintaining a consistently high standard of quality across the sites. This will include working within a team, interacting with members of the public and keeping accurate records of the daily site operations.


Ideally, the successful applicant will have previous experience in a customer service role with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. A flexible approach to working hours and a will to work outside in all weather conditions is an essential requirement of the role.


The successful applicant will work 5 days per week on a shift rota, covering Monday to Sunday.
