Senior Business Development Manager Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive OTE The Opportunity We are currently partnering with a prestigious, world-renowned destination venue and international business school in Hertfordshire to find a high-impact Senior Business Development Manager. This is not a traditional hospitality role; we are looking for a hunter that will reshape our client's corporate offering targeting the country's biggest companies. The Role High-Stakes Sales: You will target high-value accounts, including graduate programs and corporate training contracts worth upwards of £1M per year. Team Leadership: You will line manage a BDM and an SDR, overseeing the team's growth, strategy, and performance. Strategic Outreach: You will leverage the branding of a global leader in corporate education to open doors at the C-suite level. Hybrid Presence: You will be based at a stunning Hertfordshire estate four days a week, with one day working from home. Client Engagement: You will be expected to be out seeing clients a couple of times a week to build and maintain senior-level relationships.
