Salary: £39,213.6 - 39,213.6 per year Requirements:
* Must have SC clearance or be able to gain this
* UK National with a UK passport
* Must join the OOH rota and standby
* Must have a full clean driving licence
* 2 years+ experience in a PC field service environment or PC field workshop environment
* Proficient in diagnosing, troubleshooting, supporting, and repairing hardware (including complex laptop break/fix repairs)
* Accredited or willing to undergo HP & Dell desktop and laptop training
Responsibilities:
* Manage queue ticket assignments for the Hub and surrounding spokes, ensuring proper updates and call management to maintain service levels as per contract
* Oversee Hub stock management, including asset management of kit in and out (scan items in/out of locations) as per contract
* Manage disposals that go through the Hub as per contract
* Triage and perform hardware repairs on in-warranty kit and liaise with vendors for parts and returns as per contract
* Conduct locker replenishments where appropriate as per contract
* Report potential service issues and suggestions for service improvements to the Team Leader
