In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for:
* Driving consistency and excellence in distributor management across multiple European markets.
* Leading market maturity assessments and embedding best practice, frameworks and governance.
* Supporting salesforce effectiveness, ensuring uniformity in performance measurement and execution.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders globally to roll out initiatives and deliver long-term value.
This is not a traditional P&L role, it’s about shaping ways of working, embedding process and influencing how world-class brands are distributed across diverse markets.
About You:
* Strong background in FMCG (beverages/food/personal care ideal)
* Proven expertise in commercial strategy, RTM, or distributor management
* Multi-market / international exposure, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Strategic mindset with the capability to deliver consistent execution globally
