Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholders within formal Programme Management Office frameworks. Experience using MS Planner and a PPM system such as the Wellingtone Accelerator application. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrable experience in document writing, reporting, presenting, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills. Skilled at assembling, building, enabling, and managing project delivery teams. Works within deadlines, prioritises effectively, and delivers at pace. Excellent IT skills, able to use a wide range of software packages including Microsoft Planner/Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Visio, and DevOps. Evidence of continuing professional development and appropriate professional registration. Willing to travel to Murphy sites and offices as required. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT projects, managing the full lifecycle of digital, data, and technology projects. Drive project scoping and definition, including business case development, requirements gathering, and identification of benefits. Ensure compliance with project standards in relation to governance, processes, frameworks, and documentation. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and create necessary project documentation. Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee technology design and implementation in collaboration with various IT teams. Lead cross-functional project teams and provide direction and guidance in both matrix and multidisciplinary environments. Develop trusted and robust relationships with project sponsors, subject matter experts, and IT staff. Manage vendor and supplier relationships, serving as a key point of contact within the IT department. Deliver clear and effective reporting to sponsors, stakeholders, and senior leadership. Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and sign-off by project sponsors. Ensure effective handover of projects to operational support teams.
