Northumberland Recovery Partnership supports clients in addiction from 18years and above. We deliver psychosocial interventions we have open access groups that run Monday to Friday, there is also an abstinence active recovery group that runs 12weeeks. Within our service there is a wide range of support options from detoxes/Physical health checks/BBV testing/OST prescribing we work with clients for their individual needs and recovery goals.
About the role
* Recovery Navigator to work as part of team across Northumberland to manage and deliver psychosocial interventions to clients in addiction.
* Driving licence would be beneficial.
* Manage a service user caseload, devising, implementing and reviewing on-going recovery plans and treatment, liaising closely with the full range of workers and skills within the service team, including family members and significant others as appropriate.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to undertake shared assessments, key working and interventions to promote individual service user progression from engagement, through structured treatment to self-sustained recovery.
* Carry out triage/screening assessments and comprehensive assessments with service users
