What You’ll Do as a SEO Content Manager

In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day‑to‑day.

* Own and drive the end‑to‑end SEO content strategy across EN markets, aligning with business goals, commercial priorities, AI‑driven search trends, and organic growth objectives; identify content gaps, emerging opportunities, and risks through market, competitor, and industry analysis.
* Define content direction, roadmap, and scaling strategy, determining what content should exist, why it matters, and how to grow it efficiently; manage the SEO content roadmap, content calendar, and prioritisation based on business impact, performance metrics, demand, and delivery timelines.
* Lead, manage, and develop the SEO content team, including mentorship, performance management, career development, and supporting the Senior SEO Analyst’s progression into a managerial role; promote SEO capability and best practices across the wider digital team.
* Establish SEO standards, governance, and frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, discoverability, and alignment across all content channels; embed SEO best practices into content creation, copywriting, editorial workflows, and digital production processes.
* Oversee content execution and optimisation, including high‑quality, demand‑led content creation, internal linking strategy, technical collaboration, content architecture, keyword research, clustering, tracking dashboards, and link‑building strategies to improve search performance and domain authority.
* Champion data‑driven SEO performance management, defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models; oversee reporting dashboards, translate insights into actionable briefs and recommendations, ensure initiatives are testable and measurable, and clearly communicate SEO impact on traffic, growth, and revenue to stakeholders across marketing, product, editorial, technical, and trading teams.

What You’ll Get

People are at the heart of what we do here, so it’s essential we provide you with the right environment to perform at your very best.

This role is a hybrid opportunity, offering 1‑2 days working from home.

What You’ll Bring

* Extensive SEO leadership & delivery: Minimum 7+ years hands‑on SEO experience with a proven record of delivering measurable organic growth across multiple markets, leading and mentoring high‑performing SEO/content teams, developing senior analysts, and balancing strategic ownership with hands‑on execution to guide content production and optimisation.

* Advanced analytics, tooling & insight generation: Highly proficient with SEO and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Botify, Majestic, and reporting/dashboard tools), with a strong ability to translate complex SEO, content, and market data into actionable insights, recommendations, roadmaps, attribution models, and stakeholder‑ready reporting.
* Strategic planning & delivery excellence: Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, prioritisation, and project management, managing multiple initiatives, timelines, and cross‑functional stakeholders, while proactively identifying risks, opportunities, efficiency improvements, acting quickly to resolve issues, and taking full ownership of outcomes, standards, and quality.
* Exceptional stakeholder & communication skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt style to audience, collaborate effectively across editorial, marketing, product, and technical teams, influence senior leadership, remain open to feedback, make informed decisions, and seek guidance when appropriate.
