"I love Cage Green and I know that Cage Green loves me," is what one child said about our school during our very succesful Ofsted. If you understand why this was the best thing a child could say, then you might be the person we are looking for. We are looking for a teacher for our Year Three class for the remainder of this academic year. The post is temporary until August '26.
Most people get into teaching because they want to make a difference. A member of staff once said, "You work here because you think you can change the world." This is very true. Processes such as assessment are overhauled as a team to reduce teacher workload.
We are a noisy, energetic and enthusiastic staff with a positive outlook and a very good sense of humour.
