You will have the ability to lead impactful work across the areas of culture and behaviour, strategic resource management, and organisational design and development. You will be confident in influencing and collaborating at all levels, supported by a relevant degree (SCQF 9) and appropriate professional membership. Additional experience or qualifications in leadership, coaching, organisational development, or change would be an advantage. With broad experience across the people profession underpinning your way of working, you will have a proven track record in delivering people and change initiative.
