Job Summary
You will be responsible for assisting and supporting the administration of all areas within the commercial team.
You will carry out your duties in an efficient and effective manner and ensure that the aims of the business are met in accordance with agreed objectives, standards and practices.
This role will ensure that the following activities are effectively and efficiently undertaken –
* Assisting with the complaints and query process, ensuring complaints are logged, appropriately dealt with and escalated where necessary
* Work as part of the commercial team, providing support and assistance to colleagues
* Answering incoming phone calls – as required
* Understand and become confident in all aspects of the day to day office functions
* Ensure excellent customer service, support and contact at all times
* Any other ad-hoc duties demanded by the job role and as requested by your line manager as and when required
Key Skills
* Excellent knowledge of Excel with good working knowledge of all other Microsoft systems
* Understanding of office procedures
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and complete within the required timescales
* Be able to work flexibly on own or as part of a team
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £16,000.00 per year
