Role: Senior Civil Design Engineer
Contract: Outside IR35 | 12-month rolling (long-term project)
Location: Stockport | Hybrid working
What you’ll do:
* Deliver high-quality civil design solutions for water infrastructure projects
* Lead and mentor junior designers and CAD technicians
* Prepare risk assessments, reports, and specifications
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and manage design changes
* Present designs at technical meetings (HAZOP, ALM, etc.)
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ design experience in the regulated water industry
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic calculations and profiles
* Experience with clean water & wastewater systems
* Skilled in infra/non-infra designs (outline & detailed)
* Excellent technical knowledge and leadership skills
