This is a varied and hands-on role supporting their busy sales office - perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and being at the heart of operations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Handling incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department
 * Taking customer order details and passing them to the sales team
 * Providing general administrative support, including data entry and maintaining records
 * Processing and issuing invoices
 * Assisting with tendering administration - collating specifications and preparing quotations
 * Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc administrative duties
The Package
 * Full training and ongoing development opportunities.
 * £26,000 - £29,000
 * Monday - Thursday 8-5, early finish on a Friday
 * A friendly and supportive working environment.

 * 20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year up to 25 days)
About You
 * Experienced in administration or office support
 * Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
 * Adaptable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
 * A great communicator with a positive attitude
 * Full UK Driving Licence
