Title: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager

A well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company near Norwich is seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Manager to join their leadership team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape and drive the health, safety, and environmental strategy within a high-performing, regulated environment.
As the HSE Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of policies and systems to ensure compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and support the company's continued growth. You will play a key role in coaching and guiding senior leaders, ensuring HSE is embedded in everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the HSE strategy and procedures.
Ensure compliance with UK legislation, including CoSHH and DSEAR regulations.
Lead site audits, risk assessments, and investigations.
Drive environmental compliance and health surveillance programmes.
Deliver HSE training, campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
Support senior leadership in creating a culture of prevention and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in an HSE leadership role within a manufacturing/process environment.
Strong understanding of UK legal and regulatory HSE frameworks.
Confident communicator with excellent influencing and coaching skills.
