Legal PA - Private Client Location: Central London Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 excellent benefits Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days office-based, 2 days WFH) The Opportunity A prestigious City law firm is seeking two highly organised Legal PA's to join their Private Client team. This is an exciting opportunity to support senior partners and associates in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and families on a wide range of private client matters. You'll be joining a collaborative support team where professionalism, discretion, and efficiency are key, and where your role will have a direct impact on client experience and the smooth running of the practice. The Role As a Private Client PA, you will provide comprehensive support across diary management, client liaison, compliance, financial administration, and document preparation. Responsibilities include: Complex diary and inbox management for partners and associates. Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and maintaining strong professional relationships. Supporting business development activity including pitches, events, and client briefings. Overseeing matter opening and compliance (KYC/AML/sanctions checks). Preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for internal meetings. Organising international travel, client entertainment, and firm events. Managing monthly billing cycles and liaising with the Finance team. Drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence. Collaborating closely with the wider PA and support team, providing cover when needed. About You We're looking for candidates who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Personal Assistant within a Private Client team (minimum 6 months). Excellent IT skills, including document management and dictation software. Strong organisational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
