What You'll Be Doing:
As an Import Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth importation of goods. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Coordinating Shipments: Work closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage the arrival of shipments.
Documentation Mastery: Ensure all import documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
Tracking and Reporting: Monitor shipment statuses and provide timely updates to internal teams and clients.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during the import process with a proactive and positive approach.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
