Position: Night Concierge
Location: Kensington Row
Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days off 1900 - 0700
Salary: £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a high end development located on Kensington High Street consisting of 150 residential apartments. The Development benefits from several amenities such as a residents leisure suite and an indoor and outdoor play area and is located within close proximity to Olympia and Kensington High Street stations.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
