This role helps GP practices and other healthcare services by keeping their IT systems working smoothly, supporting safe and effective patient care.
You’ll be part of the N3i IT Service Desk team, providing friendly and reliable first line support to a wide range of customers across Primary Care and other services. Your work will help colleagues access the systems they need, when they need them. You’ll be based at our headquarters and will play a key role in keeping services running day to day, while learning from experienced IT professionals around you.
Main duties of the job
What you’ll do:
* Provide first line IT support by phone and other channels
* Manage an incoming call queue and aim to resolve issues at first contact
* Log, track and update IT incidents and requests clearly
* Support second line, third line and procurement work when needed
* Deliver a helpful, customer focused service at all times

* Educated to NVQ Level 3 in an IT based subject or equivalent qualifications, training and experience
* Evidence of continued professional development
