What You’ll Be Doing
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing and transport.
* Sell across our two core divisions, recruitment services and freight forwarding solutions.
* Build and run targeted e‑marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects and grow brand awareness.
* Use AI‑powered tools and data insights to spot trends, qualify leads and optimise your outreach.
* Create tailored proposals that show clients how Pro1 Group can streamline their people and product movement.
* Collaborate with our Recruitment, Freight and Operations teams to deliver on every promise you make.
* Track your pipeline, measure success, and share ideas to keep the sales engine firing.
What You’ll Bring
* A proven track record in business development or sales, ideally in recruitment, logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding.
* Confidence to approach, pitch and close at all levels.
* Experience running or contributing to email/Social Media marketing campaigns.
* Curiosity about technology, comfortable using CRM systems, automation tools and AI platforms to work smarter.
* Energy, drive and a focus on hitting targets (and celebrating when you do).
* Strong organisation and time‑management skills.
