Growth Marketing Lead – Fast-Scaling B2B SaaS Platform 🚀📈
Propel is partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing B2B SaaS businesses on a key hire as they enter their next phase of global growth.
Our client has built a fast-scaling B2B platform trusted by some of the world's biggest consumer brands. They're not a startup finding their feet, they're a business with proven product-market fit, a strong inbound engine already running, and serious ambition to scale.
What you'll be doing:
* Taking ownership of three live, high-performing channels, LinkedIn, Google Search and inbound
* Running campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution through to measurement and iteration
* Working closely with Sales on MQL/SQL handoff so pipeline is clean, qualified and converting
* Managing the agency relationship and knowing when to bring things in-house
* Testing and launching new channels, direct mail, events, and whatever else makes sense
* Building the reporting and attribution infrastructure so leadership always knows what's driving growth
* Laying the foundations for a scalable demand engine as budget and ambition increase
What they're looking for:
* 5+ years in growth, demand gen or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS, platform or agency environment
* A genuine generalist, comfortable across paid, CRM, website and analytics, not siloed in one channel
* Someone who's been the growth hire before, built things from scratch or near-scratch, and thrives with autonomy
* Hands-on and happy to stay that way, this is an IC role with agency support, not a team to manage
* Strong on measurement, you know how to figure out what's working and scale it with confidence
* Close alignment with Sales is non-negotiable, you understand the MQL to SQL journey and own your piece of it
* Curious and experimental, direct mail, events, new formats, you're not precious about where growth comes from
📍 UK Remote, quarterly travel nationally.
