Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic finance team.\n\nEvery day is different, and we can confidently say that there’s never a dull moment!\n\nAbout the Role:\n\n * General bookkeeping tasks on Xero.\n\n * Multi currency bank reconciliation's.\n\n * Debtor management - issuing monthly statements and interest reconciliation.\n\n * Weekly and monthly ad hoc reporting.\n\n * Supporting Head of Finance and wider team.\n\n * Ad hoc administrative duties as required.\n\nAbout You:\n\nThe ideal candidate will possess:\n\n * AAT Level 4 qualifications or confidently QBE (5 years+).\n\n * Excellent communication skills.\n\n * A professional, confident, hard-working manner.\n\n * Established bookkeeping skills, with strong confidence in core bookkeeping principals.\n\n * Confident in excel.\n\n * Exceptional attention to detail with investigative edge.\n\n * Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.\n\nDesirable Skills:\n\n * Experience using Xero.\n\n * Competent dealing with multi-currencies.\n\nNice To Have:\n\n * Experience in budgeting\n\n * Experience in cashflows\n\nWhy Join Us?\n\nWe are a small and close team, with varying skill-sets such as accounting, banking and tax.
