Position: Early Years Practitioner (CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 ideally)

About the Role:
Nurseries across Hackney are looking for enthusiastic and caring Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly teams. This is a great opportunity for passionate childcare professionals who are committed to supporting young children’s learning and development in a safe, nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support children’s learning through play-based activities in line with the EYFS framework
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and record children’s development
Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 CACHE qualification in Early Years / Childcare (preferred)
Previous nursery or early years experience preferred
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
