Overview
One of our key clients, who are a leading global consulting firm, are looking to hire an experienced Oracle R2R & Leasing Consultant to support large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes. This is an opportunity to play a key role in delivering finance-led transformations, working across complex enterprise environments and engaging directly with senior stakeholders.
For this role we specifically require candidates who either hold or are eligible for SC clearance.
Responsibilities
* Lead or support the Record-to-Report (R2R) and Leasing workstream on Oracle ERP Cloud programmes
* Work closely with stakeholders to design and deliver Oracle Financials solutions from design through to deployment
* Manage workstream delivery including planning, governance, risks and issue management
* Support integration, data migration and testing activities across the programme lifecycle
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to overall programme success
Qualifications
* Strong experience across Oracle Financials, including GL, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Lease Accounting
* Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle R2R implementations (ideally 3+ full lifecycle projects)
* Good understanding of finance processes and how R2R interacts with P2P, O2C and Projects
* Ability to design solutions and work closely with business stakeholders
* Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes, ideally in a consulting environment
* Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills
* Oracle certification is beneficial
Additional requirements
* Must be eligible for UK SC clearance
* Hybrid working (client site / office / remote)
