Part Time Receptionist – BMW Hindhead
Saturday 8:30-17:00 (Plus occasional holiday cover)

In this customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for all customers that come through our doors. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to create a warm and welcoming environment.

What you’ll do day to day
* Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
* Accurately record calls & visits, and relay messages promptly
* Perform general administrative duties, such as managing emails and handling customer enquiries
* Manage customer waiting area and showroom, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
* Provide support with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth business operations

* Experience in a customer service role, with a positive customer focus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and professional
* Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
