Duties
* Receive all system issues from different stakeholders and troubleshoot as the first line of support.
* Escalate more complex issues to the technical team or experts.
* Follow up with the technical team to close support cases.
* Coordinate with service providers if issues involve external parties.
* Prepare documentation and videos demonstrating problem-solving procedures.
* Support business stakeholders when they face system issues.
* Investigate the causes behind each issue, identify root causes, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Experience with MS Office is a plus.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
