We are seeking a friendly and experienced receptionist to join our fantastic and long-established Veterinary practice based across both our Basingstoke and Tadley Practices.
As a small team, who are friendly and outgoing, you will be working closely with other receptionists and the clinical team. We are looking for a new member of staff to join us on a full-time basis initially on a 9-month fixed term contract which could potentially become permanent.
As a Receptionist you will be required to:
* Greet clients and their pets
* Liaise with veterinary practices
* Arrange appointments
* Deal with inbound enquiries
* Deal with billing and insurance claims
* General administration tasks

We are ISFM accredited and are a Silver-rated Cat Friendly small animal practice. We are based in a great location with excellent links to the M3/M4, (45 minutes drive to Heathrow and only 1 hour to the South coast), Basingstoke is also only a 40-minute train to London.

* Previous experience in a Veterinary environment is highly desirable

Your shift pattern
This is a part-time position and hours will vary Monday to Friday between 8 am - 6 pm With 1:3 rostered Saturdays between 7:45 am - 12 noon.
