1. Basic Salary Up to £30,000
2. OTE’s £37,400
3. 08:00am - 17:00pm Monday to Friday
4. 1 in 4 Saturdays 08:00am – 13:00pm
Our Client, a Commercial Vehicle Dealership Group with sites across Kent are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their friendly team. Our Client has a great reputation amongst their clients and provides a great working environment. They are very established within the Commercial Vehicle sector and benefits from strong manufacturer support.
They have a large a successful service operation and our looking to expand their team to keep up with demand.

Duties of a Commercial Service Advisor with our Client:
11. To handle customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently.
12. Qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate. Establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work to be carried out.
13. Accurately maintain the service department loading system in line with workshop capacity.
14. Manage the handover and administration of loan vehicles. Explain the work carried out on vehicle ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation.
15. Understand and adhere to manufacturer service requirements.
16. Maintain relevant systems ensuring accuracy at all times.
17. Maintain safe working practices and abide by the working rules and standards of the business.
What our Client expects of their Commercial Service Advisor:
18. Full UK Driving Licence.
19. Have a good attitude to work at all times.
20. Strong organisational Skills
21. Ideally experience within the automotive sector
22. Strong customer service skills
23. An understanding of Vehicles and common issues
24. Right to Live & Work within the UK
