Responsibilities
* Dive deep into the core of our operations reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business processes and systems.
* Transform your insights into living documents that define scope objectives and cutting-edge systems to fuel our big-picture business strategies.
* Be the bridge between customer needs and innovative solutions crafting user stories and top-notch software designs that bring dreams to life.
* Guide businesses towards a future filled with optimized processes and just the right touch of IT automation making their visions a reality.
* Discover the essence of operations by studying business functions gathering insights and creating output formats that hit the bullseye.
* Map out the journey with precise workflow charts and diagrams exploring system capabilities and outlining specifications that ensure success.
* Keep the momentum going strong, manage and organize requirement backlogs and provide clear insights through customer interactions.
* Infuse your expertise into existing systems designing modifications that drive efficiency and set new benchmarks.

Required Skills and Experience
* Hold a bachelors or masters degree in fields like engineering, computer sciences or information management.
* Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the field, with at least 2 full-cycle SAP Finance implementations in an international environment and at least 1 year implementation experience in SAP S/4 Finance. Experience in SAP Finance cloud (public or private) is a big plus.
* Experience in Data Management; General Ledger; Accounts Receivable; Accounts Payable; Asset Accounting; Special Purpose Ledger; Month End/Year End Closing; Consolidations; Reconciliations; Intercompany Transactions; Financial Reporting EBS DME. SAP CO is nice to have as well as SAP FS-CM.
* Familiar with Agile/Scrum approach, user stories, backlog management and refinements.
* Strong communicator; able to support commercial staff with presales activities; maintain a vibrant SAP network and identify commercial opportunities.
* Knowledge of Business/Enterprise Architecture concepts; TOGAF is a plus.
* Ability to adapt to and master modern technologies; transform change into opportunity.
* Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration to drive innovation.
* Shine with SAP certifications in the Finance domain; at least 1 SAP S/4 certification, preferably a Cloud one.
* Ability to engage stakeholders and drive operational change through strategic partnerships.
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity.
* Experience with Public and Manufacturing markets.
* Fluent communication in Dutch and English.
* Ability to challenge business process owners and explore the why behind the what and how.
