We are working with a well-regarded multi-academy trust supporting primary schools across the Teesside region. They are seeking an experienced Office Manager on a 3-month contract to support one of their academies.
In this role, you will manage the day-to-day administrative operations, providing support to school leadership and staff while ensuring smooth office systems and effective communication. The role involves delivering high-quality administrative support and maintaining professional standards across the academy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes
Provide support to school leadership and staff
Maintain accurate records and confidential information
Assist with meetings, correspondence, and general administration
Support recruitment, induction, and training where required
Help organise school events and activities
Assist with basic financial administration and resource management
Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
Skills & Experience
Experience in office management or administrative roles
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Competent with office systems and IT
Knowledge of compliance or health & safety procedures is an advantage
Experience in education or non-profit settings is a plus
