Salary: £22,000 - £30,000 FTE dependant on experience

Part Time 22.5hrs or 3 days per week, salary will be pro-rated.
Home working vs. office: we are flexible with regard to home working vs. office; we want you to work where you do your best work. As a guide, across our business we will typically do 1 or 2 days a week in the office. In the early stages of your career with us, we may ask you to be in the office more, but we will always seek to be accommodating (e.g. childcare; appointments; etc.).

The role
Revenue Operations is the team that underpins all our operational functions - we care about our People, Premises, Processes and Projects. We also own some key business functions; Finance, HR and InfoSec.
An entry level position within the Revenue Operations team, your role will be to support our operational areas, ensuring our processes are followed and systems and business data are kept up to date. Working closely with our Rev Ops Managers and Rev Ops Directors, you will support with deliverables across our organisation.
This role requires excellent communication and collaborative skills and an eagerness to learn and develop and a positive can-do attitude. This role will be well suited to an individual looking to begin a career in an exciting and growing digital organisation and would benefit from experience in project management or a busy administration role, but no prior industry experience is necessary.
Although the role is internally facing, you’ll remain inquisitive about the external world, always on the lookout for the next tool, idea or approach we could test to enhance our organisational and process muscle.
Key Accountabilities
Admin Support: You will be required to work with our Rev Ops Managers and Rev Ops Directors, supporting with key deliverables. You’ll be able to work autonomously but you’ll clarify details as required to deliver successfully.
System Management: You will support in keeping the data in our systems up to date, it will require a high attention to detail and an understanding of the moving parts of our organisation. You’ll work collaboratively to ensure our business information is as accurate as possible while we work at pace.
Business Bookings: You’ll monitor our centralised support email, handling requests in a timely manner. These include travel bookings, event bookings, meeting room bookings and other general business enquiries.
Event Support: You’ll support our RevOps Managers and RevOps Directors with planning, booking and running our employee engagement events, Christmas Parties, Company Away Days and Townhalls.

3. Work date - we invite all candidates (for all roles) to spend a day in the business to get a much better sense of what the job would actually be like, with whom you'd be working, etc. This is as much for you as it is for us. This day would be paid irrespective of if you were offered the role.
