Office Administrator, Byfleet
Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm (fully office based)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career as full training will be given.
Duties will include:
Processing all shipments across the World and ensure they arrive on time
Processing sales orders and maintaining accurate records in the sales database.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes & proformas
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products to effectively assist customers.
Take telephone orders and assist customer queries
Process returns and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
Any other administration tasks required
Requirements:
Confident on the phone
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Some administration experience preferred although full training will be provided
