Chef Manager

Role Overview:
As a Chef Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of a busy kitchen, manage an Assistant Chef and Catering Assistants, prepare meals meeting dietary needs, manage stock and waste, ensure cleanliness, operate within budget, conduct risk assessments, and recruit/train staff. You should be friendly, approachable, passionate, with catering experience for older adults and a valid food hygiene certificate.
