Travis Baker an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Senior Structural Technician to join the team based in Birmingham, UK. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Travis Baker was established in 2006 to provide a high quality service as professional consulting engineers. Since then the company has grown strongly and we are now able to provide a full range of integrated engineering services throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Preparation of engineering drawings and specifications
* Use of AutoCAD, CADS RC, Excel and other computerised design software
* Supervising and mentoring less experienced Technicians
* Liaison with clients and contractors
* Managing the delivery of projects
Qualifications And Experience
* Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
* IT literate
* At least 5 years’ experience detailing in constructions, with some experience detailing RC.
* Ability to interact with a wide range of people including clients, contractors and other consultants
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team
