* Manage UK benefits processes for new joiners, leavers, and employee changes
* Take ownership of core benefits such as Gym Memberships, Cycle to Work, and Medical Screenings
* Support annual renewals and administer UK & international benefits programs
* Respond to employee queries and ensure accurate payroll data
* Maintain up-to-date benefits and wellbeing content on internal platforms
* Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and drive continuous improvement
